Introduction
*********************************************

In this epic sequal to Legend of the River King,
this is the new angling RPG that's headed to the
sea's. This version is a bit different from
Legend of the River King in the following ways:

- The game includes boats
- The game includes trolling
- The game includes a new mode intitled the
Virtual Aquarium

*********************************************
Basics
*********************************************

If you've ever played Legend of the River King,
(i'm guessing that you probably have or you
wouldn't bother even reading this FAQ) you know
how the buttons work and already know. For those
of you who don't, check another FAQ because I
think that writing out the commands are just a
filler section.

**********************************************
Strategies
**********************************************

- Always stock up on different varieties of food
when you are at the equpment shop to always be
prepared for the worst. Oranges and Rice balls
fill up tiny amounts of energy, entire lunches
fill up your energy to almost maximum when your
energy is almost depleted, and if you're
strapped on cash, your sister will buy you lunch.

- Different fishing techniques will greatly vary
with your choice of tackle, but there are also
some other considerations. If fish are always
managing to wiggle off your hook, it usually means
that you are using the wrong hook size for that
particular fish. If the fish nose the lure,
causing the bell to sound, it usually means that
you should change the bait because they obviously
won't take it.

**********************************************
The Rods
**********************************************

Various rods can be used for various things, and
no true fisherman should be without all of them.
Anyway, to the rods:

The Casting Rod & Reel:

This Rod is your very first rod and reel, which
fortunately for you you don't have to buy. As
you gain experience and your experience gradually
increases, so will the distance you can cast bait
with this. It's also good to use the big sinker
if you want to increase your distance with this.

The Lure Rod:

If you want to use spinners, spoons, and other
assorted lures for casting, this is probably the
best equpment money can buy. You should
experiment with lures and moving them in different
directions to catch different fish and suit your
fishing style.

The Boat Rod:

With this rod in hand, you are able to set
your depth with excellent precision; But the
downside is you can't use it for casting. A
depth of around 15 meters to 30 meters works
best for catching most types of fish species.

The Trolling Rod:

Trolling may be and probably is the most energy
intensive form of fishing, so like I said earlier,
make sure you have a good assortment of foods
with you when you head out to sea. It's
easiest to conserve energy when doing this by
letting the boat drift through schools of fish
on the current.

Virtual Aquarium mode
********************************************

The virtual aquarium mode is one of the new
features added to this game. It is sort of like
the pri-mortial soup or what-ever its called.
It involves you taking on different tasks to
determine what they evolve into. The WP, or
watchpoints, also refers to how much time you
spend watching your fish. The WatchPoints are
pretty much all that determines the evolvation,
but that can change... You can also breed new
species of fish with a friend if you have a
cable link and two cartridges, or you can trade
for fish you don't have!
