Controls- X brings up the item menu
Y brings up the map
Z uses whatever is set in the item menu, usually grenades
A use to open doors, examine items, pull switchs, Fire gun
B hold down to run, When gun is drawn hold B and press
back to do hopstep.
C same as A
R draws and holsters gun
L show what room your in, if Enemy Search is on in option
menu it aims the gun for you
Start brings up a big menu. Here you can read the files you
collected, or change weapons
Option menu-Set both Health and Regulator air to auto and turn on
enemy search.
Air supply-When you start the game the Yellow box on the wall in your
room is the key to the whole game. There you can save, recharge the air,
and recharge your rebreather when you get it.
Map-The room that is pink is the room your in. The other rooms are
green (if over 20 seconds of air), red (if there is less than twenty seconds
of air), or blue (if its flooded) the last time you have been in there.
Shooting in rooms lowers the oxygen count faster than it normally would.
Storage-Rooms with Storage printed on them contain your ammo reload.
Just go in them and use the button on the green lockers to access the
reload options. If you have weapon keys you can select them although
you can only have one special weapon at a time. Ammo can only be
found in these rooms with the exception being the submarine as it has
lockers not in storage.
Items-You can set either the health spray or the grenades up here so they
will be used when you press Z
Grenades- There are three types of grenades Explosive, Stun, and Oxygen.
The blue ones will release oxygen in rooms, the Orange ones are either
Explosive or Stun, read them to find out. Obviously only the Explosive
ones hurt the creatures.
Clips and Shells-Throughout the game you will find Uzi clips and shotgun
shells. These extend how many bullets your Uzi and Shotgun can hold.
Disc 1
You start out in your room, keep checking the mecical kit till you have
all eight sprays. Go down the ladder in your room to the Emergency Pool
area. Run to your right to the fallen Sharon for a small cutscene. After the
cutscene go back up the ladder and exit your room through the door. In
the hall keep going to you come to a door that is outlined with red and
white stripes. Go in it and talk to Clancy who will give you a level one Key
to the Navy area. Run back to your room and go down the ladder.
Run to where you saw Sharon and Mookie earlier and search the
barrells there for some oxygen grenades. Then go run to the submarine
where Mookie is. Talk to him and he will take you to the Navy area and
steal your level 1 Navy key. Follow him through the door to the yellow
air supply box and recharge the oxygen. Then follow him some more till the
elevator. Just walk next to him for an awesome cutscenes. Use the gun he
gives you to kill him then go down the hall and past the elevator to the
storage room. Inside talk to Mookie, then reload and check the red cabinent
for some explosive grenades (only there after you reload). Exit and run
down the hall past the elevator and enter the door. Kill the monster really
quick then run past its body to a air supply box. Recharge and exit out the
other door to the decompression room. Go into the door straight ahead of
you and talk to Mookie he'll give you the key back. Exit and go to the other
side of the decompression tank and pick the grenades off the floor in front
of the door then use the key on the door and enter it for a long cutscene.
After the cutscene go to the Storage area (left) and reload then check the
steel box three times for some grenades. go though the red door, the one
with the arrows and number 4 on the wall is pointing to. Run down the hall
and go up the elevator and talk to Dubois. After that keep going and go
through to the CCD area. Follow the hall to the elevator and go up it. After
exiting the elevator go into the closest door to you (Clancy's office) and
talk
to him. Exit his room and go down hall to the red and white striped door and
talk to him again for cutscene. He gives you the weapon key for the Uzi
(doesn't show up in inventory). Run back past Clancy's office and go down
the elevator. Exit and go down the hall to the Storage Room. Inside pick up
the clip off the ground then go to the weapon locker and claim your uzi.
Tip-on the initial batch of creatures (blue) and the green ones with wings
you should stick to your glock as it will kill them in about 5 shots while the
Uzi takes 30. Save the Uzi bullets for the flying creatures later. Exit and
keep going down the hall to the Emergency Pool area door. Run up to
where the sub should be to trigger cutscene. Exit your sub and go to
the man and talk to him. After talking to him search him again for a grenade.
Go down the ladder next to him. In the next room that it takes you to, you
should ignore it and just go down the ladder again. (If your on a ladder that
can go up or down the first option is up the second is down and the third is
exit) Your know in the main hallway of the sub. Run toward the man at the
end of the hall who will choke and die. After he dies run and use the air
supply box to recharge the air. Then go and search the dead body for a
key. (the door next to the body leads to a room with a weapon box to reload
if you need, remember this room as it also contains the safe that you'll use
later) Run all the way to the other side of the hall and use the key on the
door. Search the open locker to get the K-9 laser and the rebreather.
Exit into the main hall and go to the air supply box and recharge your
rebreather. From the air supply box, run down to the nearest ladder and
go down it. Search the floating dead body for a Uzi clip. Near the body on
the floor you will see a canister (fire extingisher) bolted down on the floor.
Pick it up for a cutscene then go back up the ladder to the main hall. You
can recharge your gun or rebreather if you need to then go back the the first
ladder, but go up it this time. In the next room use the fire extingisher you
picked up earlier to put out the fire. Run past the ladder and then search
the dead body for some dogtags. Run back to the other side of the ladder
and go up it to the command room. Talk to the captain who will give you
a key to the safe in the room where you can reload your ammo. Go to that
room and use it on the blue safe on the wall to open it. After it opens
examine it and it will ask for a code. If you checked out the dogtags it says
1224 on it which is your code. Use those numbers to get a key. Exit (You
might want to save as you won't be able to for along time) and go back up
to the captain's room. Get your uzi out and set the explosive grenades ready.
Use the key on the control panel to trigger a boss. Don't move, immediatly
use three explosive grenades as fast as you can throw them. (your already
facing the right direction) then finish him off with the Uzi quickly. Search
the dead body for the other key and use it on the control panel for another
cutscene in which the whole submarine is flipped upside down. Go through
the open vent shaft to hallway, recharge rebreather and run to the end of the
hall and go up the ladder. In the next room go up the ladder again. You appear
in the now flooded upside down main hallway. Go down to the other ladder
and go UP it, If you go down it you have to start over. You now find yourself
in the torpedo room. Make your way to the now open torpedo tube and enter
it for a cool cutscene. Your now in the medical area, kill the creature then
recharge the rebreather. Exit the room and go down the hall to the storage
room. Reload then exit and go up the elevator to the MI level 2 area. Go
straight down the hall and enter the room. Go to the other side of the room
and grab the vial off the table. Search the shelves to the left of the vial
for 2
medical spray's. Exit and go to the other room. Talk to the guy there and take
note of the machine in the far corner as it will later be important. Search
the
guy's lab coat on the wall for the Junk Level 1 pass key. Go back down the
elevator and reload, and recharge your air if necassary. Go in the door to the
Junk area, which is on the other side of the hall from the elevator. Go up
to the next door and use the key to open it. You'll end up in a flooded room,
in which you will want to go through the left door. In the room ignore the
guy and search the lockers as many times as you can till you pick up the
maxium amount of air grenades. Also look at the picture on the table and
take note of the numbers it says (10.25) Go into the next room and pick up
the shells near the dead persons feet. Then pull the switch on the wall next
to the window. Backtrack to the flooded room and go throught the right
door. Use the Uzi on the two flying things and then run to the end of the
hall and go down the hatch. Here you can recharge the air supply and your
rebreather. Run down the hallway and enter the door to emerge in another
flooded room. Pick up another vial off the table. Exit room. Remember the
door across from it because it is the door to Junk level 2. Now return all the
way back to the MI area and go up the elevator to the second floor. Go to
the room with the guy in it (left room) go to the machine in the far upper
left
corner and eximine it to get some number puzzle. Inserting the numbers 7,11
or 10,24 will net you free orange sprays. Do it as much as you like. Now put
in 10,25 to get a inseticide box. Exit the room and go down the elevator. Go
into the storage room and use it. You can now see the laser blocking your
path. Just run through when its down and exit out the other door. Run
down the hall and enter the next room. Kill the hopping things and check
out the busted air box. (will still recharge rebreather) and then go to the
next
room. Take a left in the hall and go up the ladder then go into the room up
there. Cutscene. If you check out the medical supply box behind her it will
give you a red spray the first time. Leave and go down the ladder to the
other side of the hall and enter the door to talk to the air unit man. He will
give you a Junk level 2 key. Backtrack all the way back to the one door
opposite the room with the second vial and use the key on it. Search the
trash in the room for the air unit's computer chip. Run back to the MI area
via the storage area and use the chip on the broken air unit box in the dog
kennal room. Now you can recharge the air supply. Go back and talk to
Gena (up the ladder). Leave go down the ladder and run to the end of the
hall past the air unit guys room to Gena. Cutscene. She'll let you into the
apartmant area wher you will see another awesome cutscene. First go in
the cafitera room and examine the highlighted burger on the wall for a
burger and pick up the uzi clip on the ground. Exit and enter the medical
room. Pick up sprays if you need and recharge the rebreather, also the
cabinent to the right has a orange spray and grenades. Exit and go up
the elevator to the second floor. Go into the bathroom right there and
pick up some grenades off the floor. Exit and go down the hall to the
room with a menu outside it. Inside run toward the airbox for a cutscene
that will net you the Docking Network key. Exit and go left and down to
the room with the paintbrush picture outside it. Inside run to the other
part of the room and get the grenades off the ground. Exit and run past
the broken CCD area room. The room next to it will play the VCR tapes
that you find throughout the game although they are nothing special.
Go to the elevator and go to the third floor. Go into the storage room
and search the second blue cabinent for a uzi clip. The air box in here
will rechare the air supply and save. Check the weapons locker and
change your uzi in for the shotgun as it is much much better weapon.
Exit and go down to the next room. Search the table for a VCR tape, and
search the locker for shells. Exit and run past the Docking Network door
to another room. There search the lockers for red spray and bookcase
for grenades. Exit, reload if necassary then use the key on the Docking
Network door. Kill the now stronger creatures and recharge your
rebreather if you need to (when ever you become low on air in the DN
area come back here to recharge) then continue on to the next room. Go
left to the intelligence room and search black wall near door, and farther
down for Shells and red spray. Exit and run to the other side of the hall
and enter the equipment room. Talk to the guy who will give you a disk,
continue on to the next room which is flooded and examine the tank 2
door and the slash in the wall. Leave and go back to the hallway. Go
down the elevator and go to the room to the right, use the air supply
box in the back then use the disk on the computer. Exit, the room on
the other side has the girl and her dog in it both nothing really special.
Go down the hall to the storage room and pick up the shells off the
floor. Exit and go up the elevator and give the guy in the equipment
room his disk for the blowtorch. Leave the DN area for the apartment
area and go down the elevator to the second floor and use the
blowtorch on the broken CCD door. Enter and meet the Seal's. Go to
Clancy's room (other side of hall next to elevator) and talk to him and
the seal. Leave and go back to your room to talk to Sharron and Gena.
Leave and go up the hall to the first door you see (usually locked) and
talk to Dubois. Leave and go to the red and white striped door and talk
to Clancy. Leave and go to the room the seal was guarding earlier.
(right of Clancy's office) Pick up the clips off the floor. Exit and go
down the elevator to the first floor. Run straight ahead to a cutscene
with Danny. Run down the hall to the elevator and go down to the
docking area. If you go to the sea farm area and enter the first door
you see you a cool cutscene with Sharron. Return to the docking area
and enter the red door with a sign saying 02 near it for a cutscene with
Danny again. Enter the gondola and pull the switch on the yellow box
for a awesome cutscene showing the seal's last moments. Exit the
gondola and its room into the hallway. Go right to the closet door and
enter it. Search the body nearest the door to the next room 3 or 4 times
for a couple grenades. In the next room search the nearest body 2 or 3
times for some shells and grenades. Pull the switch on the command
console wall thing. Exit back to the main hallway and keep going the
other direction past the storage room (reload if you need to) to the
elevator and go up it. Run to the end of the hall and prepare for a boss.
Enter and waste the hopping thing (hard to do without enemy search
turned on) For a cutscene that starts a timer to the explosion. Search
the dead hopper for a key and run back to the gondola room, and run
straight ahead and use the key on the wall panel for cutscene.
Disc 2
Exit the gondola room to the docking area. Exit it by going through
the door with 04 near it. Go to the CCD area and talk to Clancy in the
red and white door room. Go to your room and talk with Gena. Go
back to the Apartment area and go up the elevator to the third floor.
(When I played I got a new shotgun in the storage area sometimes,
so go check) Run to the Docking Network door and talk to Danny.
Go back to the CCD area and go down the elevator to the first floor.
Go to the docking area again. Once there go to the Sea Farm area
and go in the first door and talk to Sharon. She tells you the
passcode is 2751. Exit the room and go to the elevator and go down
it to a room with a cow. Go into the next room and search the lockers
on wall next to storage door each row seperate to get for shells and
spray. Enter the next room via passcode and pick up the torch fuel
on the rack near the door. Reload and go to the next room and try
to use the elevator. Read the note and then backtrack all the way
to the CCD area. Then go to the Apartment area and use the elevator
to the third floor and talk to Danny again for cutscene. Enter and go
down the elevator to the floor below and go to the chick's room (left).
Talk to her than leave and go to the room on the other side and talk
to her. Exit the DN area to the third floor of the apartment area and
go to the room on the right that is always locked and try to open it.
(If it doesn't let you in, go reexamine the slash in the wall and the
Tank 2, plus the switch next to the Tank 2. Then go and talk
to the girl again and examine the suit, this should unlock the door.)
When it opens inspect the picture on the table for cut with
Danny. Go talk to the chick again in the DN area. Now go back to
the CCD area, down the elevator, to the Docking area. Go in the
door with the windows next to it. To talk to Danny who gives
you the Navy level 2 key card. Exit room and walk on square thing in
middle of room to be taken down to the Navy area. Go down and
enter the first door you see. Go down the hall and up the elevator
to the second floor. Go down the hall and enter the emergancy pool
area and use your level 2 key on the door. Go down the hall to the
ladder and go up it. Go to the room at the end of the hall and enter
it. Grab the gumgun off the wall (near the toliet), and go back down
the ladder. Keep going down the hall and enter the hatch way near
the ladder. Go in the door at the crossway and grab the VCR tape
off the shelf. Leave and go back all the way to where you started
at the big square platform. Pull the yellow switch box to accend
back to the Docking area. Now go to the Apartment area and enter
the DN area. Go to the (flooded) room that is connected to the
equipment room. Use the gumgun on the slash on the wall. Exit and go
down the elevator and talk to the chick in her room. Now go to the
other room and inspect the big Jim suit. Now go back to the room that
you used the gumgun on and it will be drained. Inspect the tank 2
door for the shoulder piece for Big Jim. Return and use it on the Jim
suit. Go across to the chick's room and watch a cool cutscene. Fight
her (grenades help) and then pick up her license that she dropped,
off the ground. Now go to the Jim suit and inspect it till it asks for a
passcode. The license says 4171 so put that in to use the suit. Ignore
the fish, just try to avoid them and don't mess with the gun it's
worthless. Just hurry across straight to the other side and go up
the foot ladder strap thing. Leave the room to a big platform. Go left
to the storage room if you need to otherwise go down the ladder in
front of you. Now go into the door, next to the windows, up at the
top. Talk to Dubois and go back to the previous room and enter the
other door. Inspect the slag on the control panel. Run back and talk
with Dubois again. Go back to your Big Jim suit and go back into the
water. This time go to the weapons locker to the right. Use the
passcode 3742. Pick up the shells off the ground, and Follow the
rooms till you get a cutscene with a seal. Go back and talk with
Dubois. Go back to the room with the slagged controll panel and
use the C4 on it. Run back to Dubois and talk to him again for
cutscene. Leave and start to follow the hallway till he attacks. Use
your shotgun on him if you run out of bullets do not use your pulse
laser rifle (shoots underwater) cause you'll need it soon. After
defeating him, pick up the shells off the ground and keep following
the halls. You'll fight him again in the flooded room. Just keep using
the pulse laser. After that keep going to another room. Search the
dead body for red spray. Talk to Sharon somemore and kill the mutant
cow. Search Sharon's body for the key to her room. Go up elevator.
Sharon's room is down the hall to the left if you want to check it out,
just use the key, but there's not much there. Go to the dolphin room
(first door) and set them free. Leave the Sea Farm place to the lift for
cutscene with Danny and Gena. Go back to the Emergancy pool area
in the CCD area for a cool cutscene. Go back to the lift in the docking
area, and talk to Danny for cutscene. You end up in the Navy area .
Go through the left door to the decompression chamber room. Go to
door in front of you to enter the command center with Gena.
Cutscene. Navy area is flipped upside down. Climb through the
open ventalation shaft. Keep going down the hall past the ladder to
the room. Enter and search the floor for a computer board. (If you run
out of room while picking up the three computer boards, return to the
command center and use them in the empty slots (in the green box
thing) to get them out of your inventory). Exit and go back to the ladder
and go down it. Head down and go through the hatchway. Go through
the door at the crossway that leads to the video room. Climb through the
open vent shaft in the back of the room. Here you can find another
computer board on the ground. Exit back to the crossway and go
across to a ladder and go up it. Run down the hall and enter the room.
Kill the thing and find another computer chip on the ground.
Remember this room because it has the self destruct controls on the
wall in the corner when you get the key. Now return to the control room
and put all the boards in the green box thing, and make the call on the
radio. Now leave the room via the door not the vent hatch. Make your
way to the storage room and pick up the H&K G11 Gatling Cannon with
540 rounds. Go back to the control room and leave through the vent shaft.
Now go down the ladder and go right through the door. Run to the next
room and save cause the end boss is next. Go in the door with the
windows next to it, and inspect the computer in the corner. Cutscene.
The boss has two stages. First just back away a little bit and dump the
gatling cannon into the blob, save your grenades. Once Gena
transforms into a green angel/elemental thing use your grenades
and just keep backing away and healing while shooting her with
the gatling cannon. When she is defeated she gives you a self
destruction key. Head back (use your map) to the crossway
and go up the ladder to the room that had a computer board in it. Go to
the far right corner and use the key on the panel on the wall. Then
simply run back to the room where you fought Gena and you win.
