POKEMON BOSS GUIDE.
Welcome, folks. This guide will take you through the steps needed to beat the eight badge holding bosses in the game.Keep in mind that this is not a walkthrough, and it is only a guide.
Boss number 1:Brock Brock is the leader of Pewter City Gym.I suggest using a Bulbasuar or a Squirtle.Fire type pokemon do not work well against him.Make sure your Bulbasaur is at least level 15+ if you plan to get Brock's Boulder badge.
Boss number 2:Misty Misty is the leader of Cerulean City Gym.If you chose a Bulbasaur, you are on the right track.If you don't have a Bulbasaur, use a Pikachu, and you should come through with flying colors, to get the Cascade Badge.
Boss number 3:Lt.Surge. Lt.Surge is the leader of the Wermillion City Gym.I suggest using a very high level grass pokemon. If you don't have one, use a pokemon that has a level higher than his level 24 Raichu.If you manage to beat him, you get the Thunder Badge.
Boss number 4:Erika. Erika is the leader of the Celadon City gym.I suggest using a fire type pokemon against her.If you don't have one, use at least a level 40 type pokemon.If you manage to beat her, you will get the Rainbow badge.
Boss number 5:Sabrina. Sarbrina is the leader of the Saffron City Gym.I suggest using a bug type or ghost type pokemon. If you don't have one, use at least a level 50 type pokemon. If you manage to beat her, you will get the Marsh Badge.
Boss number 6:Koga Koga is the leader of the Fuchsia City Gym.I suggest using a Psycic type pokemon.If you don't have one, you should use at least a level 60 pokemon.If you manage to beat Koga, you will get the soul Badge.
Boss number 7:Blaine. Blaine is the leader of the Cinnabar Island Gym.Almost any type of pokemon works well against his fire type pokemon,except grass types. I suggest using a water type pokemon. for best results. If you don't have one, use at least a 70 lavel pokemon.After you beat him, you will get the Volcano Badge.
Boss number 8: Giovanni Giovanni is the leader of the Viridian City Gym.I suggest using a grass type pokemon against him and hs ground types.If you don't have one, use at least a level 80 pokemon.After you beat him,you will get the Earth Badge.
